To me he looks a lot like Heatblast of Ben 10

Meramon is the Digimon partner of Sarina Yamamoto

He first appeared to rescue her from an attacking horde of Control Spire Tuskmon.

Fire Blast (Fire Wave): Meramon inflames himself and charges at the opponent recklessly.
