* Can now run/coast up to 900 mph b/c the wheels on his feet are now rollar-blade like and slimmer, allowing for faster movement...plus he's more aerodynamic and streamlined

* Scissor-claws can slice through everything, now including steel

* Can run/coast over any surface with ease and no worries about losing control

* Visor has a built-in scanner that has modes such as X-Ray, Night-Vision, Heat-Seeking, and Scanning

WEAKNESSES:

* Large amounts of electricity can short circuit his visor as well as his metabolism, wreaking havoc on him

* If he breaks a leg, XLR8 is in big trouble and very vulnerable
